What We Do

Remodel to Punch-List, Same Crew

Full-scope home services. Remodel-tier projects through one-day repair visits — without juggling a separate tile guy, paint guy, and handyman.

Kitchen Remodel

Cabinets, counters, appliances, lighting, backsplash. Full-room project or cabinet-refresh scope — we scope honestly for what fits the budget.

Bath Remodel

Tile, vanity, shower surround, fixtures, lighting. Full reno or targeted upgrade.

Flooring

Hardwood, LVP, tile, carpet. Install, transitions, subfloor repair.

Interior Painting

Single room or whole-house repaints. Clean protection, crisp lines, clean cleanup.

Carpentry

Trim, casing, baseboards, crown molding, cabinets, built-ins. Finish carpentry for the details that elevate the room.

Drywall Repair

Holes, cracks, water damage, texture match. Paint-ready finish — we don't hand you a mud-and-tape patch and call it done.

Door + Window

Interior and exterior door install, weather strip, threshold, lock hardware, window sash repair.

Punch-List + Handyman

Assemble, mount, repair, adjust. The collected small jobs that homeowners pile up because no one wants to schedule a crew for five items at once. We do that visit.

Our Approach

Why One Crew Matters

Most homeowners end up juggling three contractors for a single project — a kitchen remodel needs a cabinet guy, a tile guy, and a paint guy. Schedules slip, hand-offs break down, and each vendor points at the next when something's off.

TGP does the whole thing. Kitchen through punch-list, one crew, one project manager, one invoice. It's why neighbors along the Chamblee and Brookhaven corridors refer us for both the big projects and the Saturday punch-list.

Both. Remodel-tier projects are most of our scheduled work, and we bundle homeowner punch-lists into single-visit handyman days. The full-scope-one-crew model means you don't have to pick between "we do big projects" and "we do small jobs."
Mostly in-house. Cabinets, flooring, drywall, paint, carpentry, and trim are our crew. Plumbing and electrical rough-in are coordinated with licensed specialists who we've worked with for years — not a new person per job.
Yes. General liability coverage, documentation available to HOAs and property managers on request.
Walkthrough, scope list, and a real written estimate. Scope changes mid-job trigger a change-order, not a surprise line item.
Depends on scope and season. Typical 2-4 weeks from signed estimate to start on full remodels; handyman days can usually be scheduled within the week.
